By : Brenda Newell Cleaver at 09:59:17 AM on June, 23, 2008 For many years, thank's to the efforts of volunteer Rosalee Holmes, the town sponsored a Miss Clark's Harbour Days pageant as part of their July 1st celebrations. It always drew a huge crowd. I was disappointed to learn that even though the town has recently hired a recreation director , there are no plans to hold the contest this year.
By : Heather at 8:00:11 PM on April, 13, 2008 Tourists are calling to ask about a licensed restaurant on CSI where they can sit down, eat and see the water. Doesn't sound like too much to ask if we want them to come and return again. We are supposed to be the Lobster Capital, etc. What is the Town doing to assist with this concern?
By : Joan Czapalay at 5:13:11 PM on April, 06, 2008 - E-Mail Congratulations on the new Town Hall. We enjoyed having it available for part of the Birding Festival. I would like to see
the lobster capital of the world specialize in perfectly prepared and generous servings of lobster specialties. A restaurant offering good "home style" cooking with lots of fresh fish on the menu would be a great asset to the town. Best wishes, Joan Cz.
By : Guest at 4:16:16 PM on March, 08, 2008 The town of Clark's Harbour could use a nice restaurant on the island for the tourist season, also for the local area in whole. Come on town, see what your counselors can do. this is a big must for Cape Sable Island

I was just wondering if there was any thing in the town of Clarks harbour that needs fundraising, some volunteer work or organizing? If so please contact me through my e-mail.
Thanks Jenna

By : Joe Nicholson at 3:56:46 PM on October, 22, 2007 - E-Mail Hello to everyone in Clarks' Harbour. I had the pleasure last week of delivering the prize your town won for the June is Recreation month promo put on by RNS. It was given to Anna Kenney at the show in Digby.I know it is only a small piece but I hope it is enjoyed by the kids in the area.
By : Kim at 06:14:20 AM on September, 19, 2007 - E-Mail Eastlink's website suggests that high speed internet service is available in Clark's Harbour. Is this true? If so, can anyone confirm whether it is fast and stable? I'm thinking of relocating to the area and would need reliable, fast broadband for my work.
Many thanks form one gone "down the road" :)
