The next Election will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024. 

Who is eligible to vote:

Every person who 

• is of the full age of eighteen years on the first advance polling day;

• is a Canadian citizen on the first advance polling day;

• has been ordinarily resident in the Province for a period of six months immediately preceding the first advance polling day;

• is ordinarily resident in the Town of Clark's Harbour and has been so since immediately before the first advance polling day

• is not otherwise disqualified

When can I vote: 

Voting will be by paper ballot on the following dates:

• Advance Poll - Thursday, October 10, 2024  12 noon to 8:00 pm

• Advance Poll - Tuesday, October 15, 2024    12 noon to 8:00 pm

• Election Day - Saturday, October 19, 2024    8:00 am to 7:00 pm

I am not able to vote in person on any of the dates listed:

• There is a provision for qualified electors to vote by Proxy, however prior arrangements need to be made with the Returning Officer. 

• The deadline to submit in person the completed proxy application is Friday, October 11 at 5:00 pm. An appointment is required. 

I am an eligible voter and need to be added to the List of Electors:

• There will be an advertised revision period

• Contact the Town Office or the Returning Officer after July 31
